The Barbados Tourism Authority’s educational trip is a working program for travel agents, organized by the Barbados Tourism Authority in cooperation with the Barbados Hotel & Tourism Association, the Barbados approved Wholesalers, Tour Operators and airlines servicing Barbados.

Some of the conditions:

1. Agents cannot participate in a Barbados educational within a two-year period.
2. Airline regulations require Professional Attire for Travel.
3. Agents are required to leave and return via the gateway designated and by the same gateway

Each travel agent who is a citizen of the United States entering Barbados must be in possession of a valid passport.
