Even if your customers need to come in your front door, when you build that new widget or web page, what an easy way to get that information out to customers.

The most important part about Twitter is your customers and friends get to know you from a different point of view. And in this world of fast food and coffee to go it’s nice to talk to and do business with someone you know.
